REFUNDS

If at all you are not happy with your order, please contact us by

email/messenger to let us know the reason.

If there was an issue with an item that you are happy for us to fix, we are happy to replace part or all of your order. This does not apply to treats if they are already open or partially eaten. If a toy is damaged or broken we can replace.

If nothing is wrong and you are just not happy with what you ordered, please let us know and we can offer a partial refund or store credit in exchange.

CANCELLATION

Once your order is placed, on average it takes 2 working days to post out as everything is handmade. Within this time you can cancel your order and a full refund will be given to you.

If you would like to cancel after the order is shipped, you will have to pay for return postage with your items un opened. After we receive the order back, you will get a refund for the items only.
